WWA's board members are elected by our chapter representatives during the annual board member election held each December. Five board member seats are up for election each year, rotating the board membership every three years. Board members are elected to a three-year term and officers are elected to a two-year term. A maximum of fifteen board members are allowed per WWA bylaws. Board meetings are held on the second Wednesday during the months of March, August & November and the third Saturday of January. WWA's members are always welcome to attend our Board of Directors meetings. Meetings are open to the public but only WWA Board Members may vote on the issues raised during the meetings.
