Keehan Bearbench Project

This Town of Franklin project, located in Manitowoc County, is a 3-acre basin project that was completed by WWA in 2003.  The property owner contacted WWA regarding a restoration of the basin.

WWA removed a tile line and scraped away 1-2 feet of sediment, exposing the original organic soil.

The above photograph shows the Keehan Bearbench project four months after the completion of construction.
