WWA is sorry to announce that due to a burglary at the home of a staff member, the WWA Shoot Series Shotgun Class A Raffle for a Browning Citori 12 gauge shotgun has been canceled. All of the sold raffle entries for the drawing were also stolen in the burglary. Tickets for this raffle were sold at a limited number of events/locations. The now cancelled raffle ticket is shown here at left and is a violet colored ticket.
However, a replacement raffle, with the same prize, same drawing date, drawing location, and drawing time has been issued, and new tickets have been created for it.
At this time, anyone who purchased a ticket or tickets for the Shoot Series Shotgun Raffle may present their ticket stubs to WWA staff: Kelcy Boettcher, Tom Seibert or Don Kirby for a replacement ticket(s) in the replacement raffle, OR for a refund of their purchase price, at their option. Additionally, customers may mail their ticket stub(s), along with their name and contact information, to the WWA office at: WWA, P.O. Box 427, Wales, WI 54183-0427, prior to August 1st, 2017, for replacement or refund, in the same manner.
WWA is posting notice on our Facebook friends group, here on our website and emailing this notice to the attendees for whom we have contact information from the limited number of events/locations the Shoot Series Shotgun Raffle tickets were sold at, to inform all purchasers of the cancellation and replacement of this class A raffle. A total of approximately sixty (60) tickets had been sold for this raffle, and WWA eagerly wishes to reach each of those persons affected by this unfortunate situation.
