The WWA Hall of Fame is dedicated to the recognition of the outstanding WWA members, Sponsors (state or local), Board of Directors and/or Staff who, through their exceptional service, education and legislation input, high personal standards, dedicated principles and contribution have enriched the general welfare of the WWA.
Nominations are now being accepted for our 5th Annual Hall of Fame. To nominate your candidate please fill out the entire nomination form below. A member of the committee will contact you after your successful submission.
WWA Hall of Fame Nomination FormPlease provide a history of all involvement with the WWA, which you feel makes you or your nominee (hereafter only referred to as “nominee”) a deserving candidate for induction into the WWA Hall of Fame. The successful applicants shall have served WWA through their exceptional service, education or legislative input, high personal standards, dedicated principles and contributions that have enriched the general welfare of WWA. The Board of Directors and Staff nominees shall have gone above and beyond the expectation as listed in the Board of Director’s roles and expectations document or job description of the staff. Note: all Staff and Board of Directors must be retired from their position for a time period of one year before becoming eligible to be nominated for the WWA Hall of Fame.
The Hall of Fame committee begins accepting nominations on October 15th of each calendar year for a period of one month. Do you know of someone you’d like to nominate to the WWA Hall of Fame? Please read the full selection and eligibility process, the Code of Ethics each Hall of Fame member must abide by, and check back on October 15th of next year to fill out the nomination form for the 5th Annual Hall of Fame class. Nominations will then be accepted until November 15, 2020.
If elected to the WWA Hall of Fame, the nominee will be honored at the WWA state meeting, normally held the 3rd weekend of January.
