The Wisconsin Waterfowl Association, a leading non-profit conservation Organization with 6000+ members, dedicated to the preservation/restoration of wetland habitat, is seeking an Executive Director to lead the Organization into the next era.
This position, reporting to the President of the Board of directors, will be responsible for all aspects of the Organization, including:
- Assist in the Development and execution of the strategic plan
- Fund raising
- Member/Chapter Development
- Staff management/hiring
- Marketing, Communication and Public relations
- Financial Management
The qualified candidate will possess excellent organization, communication and people skills. Experience in a non-profit conservation organization is a plus, but not mandatory.
